Aaron has a diverse litigation practice representing public and private clients through all aspects of civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution.  Aaron also assists public and private clients with matters involving environmental cleanup under CERCLA and MTCA, including insurance recovery, claims for indemnity arising out of environmental liabilities, clean-up cost allocation, and regulatory matters involving hazardous waste sites.

REPRESENTATIVE WORK

Aaron’s work with public municipalities includes claims involving CERCLA response cost recovery, civil rights violations, medical malpractice, privacy violations and disability discrimination.

Aaron has represented private clients involving claims for construction and design defect, professional malpractice, personal injury, and premises liability.
